we heard you missed the May 16th, Europa CD release concert. Bummer! Good
News! You get a second chance. The band plays unplugged" on Sunday, June 27th at Fiddler's Dream Coffee House located 1 block north of Glendale Ave. just east of 17th Street. Europa,
the valley's only "slavic-fusion" band starts playing at 7pm. Admission
is only $5. Expect no wild costumes and masks, no tricks with lights and no crazed theatrics. But do expect solid musicianship from five people who play with passion and sincerity. As always, expect some of the best guest artists Phoenix has to offer. Europa's
music conjures the spirit of the Romany trail: sultry violin, mystical guitar, enchanting flutes, cryptic bass and driving drums. Influences
are from Hungary, Romania, Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Jugoslavia as well as many parts of the Americas. But this music transcends mere notes and rhythms, expanding the space in the universe and the space in the mind. Come,
take a listen, prepare to be changed. June
